SHIPPING POLICY
For the safety of our customers our current shipping policy is that all of customers must have their orders shipped to the billing address. If a customer wishes to send a gift or have the merchandise shipped to a different address than their billing address they have two options: 1. The customer can call their credit card company and add the different address to the billing addresses on the credit card statement. 2. The customer can complete a “Shipping Waiver” form and fax 562.438.9354 By filling out the form with a signature authorizing the shipping of the purchase to this different address and faxing a legible copy of the cardholder’s license or passport as well as the front and back of the credit card used to make the purchase, a customer can ship to an alternative address.
What One- and Two-Day Shipping Mean
Selecting one- or two-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for one- or two-day shipping.
Here’s an example:
If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select one-day shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day -two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via one-day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that some items have a 2-3 day availability.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAILS
Each order at papisandchicas.com is treated with care. It takes 1-3 days to process your order. Please allow extra time for orders that are placed on or processing over holidays. As soon as we have the merchandise you will be charged and your merchandise will be shipped to you that day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that lets you know the tracking number and the items included in your shipment. If you have any questions about a particular package we keep all of the tracking numbers on file and we will be happy to assist you with locating your package at any time.
RETURNS
- All Returns/Exchanges must be RECEIVED within 14 Days (2 weeks) of the shipping date of your merchandise. - Order #, Name, Address, and Phone # must be written on the outside of the package or else it will be refused at the time of delivery. All packages must also include their original packing slip. - All items must be unworn, in their original packing materials with their original sales tags attached. - Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Exchanges must include the original packing slip with the return Form that is included in your package when shipped. filled out, clearly indicating the desired size and color of your item. -Exchanges require an additional shipping cost to which shipping promotions are not applicable. -All Sale Items are Final. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES As stated in our return policy we accept returns and exchanges if they are in their original condition, including all sales tags, and have been returned within the allotted 14 days. 1. As soon as we receive your return we start the refund process. It takes 7-10 business days for a credit to be processed so allow for a billing period for it to show up on your credit card statement. Your credit card that the purchase was made on will be credited within 7-10 business days. Shipping is non-refundable. 2. If the item you request for an exchange is in stock we offer two exchange methods. If you need the particular item immediately we will charge your card and ship it out at your request and refund your card as soon as we receive the returned item. The second exchange method is a straight exchange. As soon as we receive the returned item we will send your item out immediately and no shipping charges for exchanges.
RETURN CONFIRMATION E-MAILS At PapisandChicas.com we track your return from the moment we receive it to the moment you are credited. As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail informing you that your return is complete. In the return confirmation e-mail we include the amount for which you have been credited.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY At PapisandChicas.com we do our best to keep our inventory updated and our stocks replenished. Occasionally we run out of particular sizes or colors of items. We do receive several shipments of merchandise on a daily basis, so chances are we will have your item back in stock. If you have placed an order and that item is sold out, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase. Our policy is not to charge you for an item unless it is ready to be shipped out. CANCELING AND MODIFYING ORDERS Once an order is placed you have the option of canceling or modifying an order.
